My transformation is going well and the workouts are going strong, but you know just as well as I do that getting fit is never that easy. Like clockwork, something comes up. Friends were in town, and living in the Big Apple the only thing they wanted to do was eat New York pizza! Ugh! I spent the last six days eating poorly, but I still found time to work out 4 of the 6 days they were here. This was paramount for me not becoming a human pizza during their trip. Finding the time to sneak away while everyone slept was important to reaching my goal.
So now, I challenge you. How badly do you want it? I have the desire to reach my goal of 210 lbs, and it’s truly up to me if I want to achieve that by June. I have my plan and I am going to stick to it, no matter what. I cannot continue to let myself down. I have watched several of my friends transform their bodies over time, and I know that I can do it as well. Distraction to your vision only happens if you allow it to. I refuse to allow those distractions to have power over me. It’s time to take a stance again, and take back my body.
