Good Morning Smoothie

Today I created an amazing tasting smoothie:

Ingredients (2 cups):

  • 2 bananas
  • 1 cup of organic applesauce
  • 8 -10 Kale leaves
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 lemon slice
  • 2 cups pineapple juice

I made this bad boy last night and it was a great for a breakfast replacement. I recommend this tasty treat as a great snack or a healthy light meal replacement. Bottoms ups!
