Morphin’ Time!

Hello Everyone!

Today is the day that I start my body transformation! This is something I have thought long and hard about, and its time for me to commit to something and stick to it. Recently, I received news that has completely changed my life. Without going into details, I have learned that life is truly too short to not to make your goals and dreams come true. This will not be an easy task, so I have a few outlets to keep me accountable.

  1. Withings Smart Scale  – This is perfect for my weekly check in. The scale automatically syncs to my iPhone and shows me an in depth analysis of my weight, body fat, heart rate, and will even check the air quality in my house. It even asks for a goal weight, and tells me if I’m on track.
  2. Myfitnesspal – Everything I consume is entered in here. Not only does this keep me informed of my caloric intake, myfitnesspal breaks it down further. Meal by meal, this website breaks down the complete nutritional value of what I eat. Best of all, it syncs perfectly with all my devices.
  3. Social Media – Through instagram and snapchat I will share photos of my progress, videos of my workouts, and my healthy meal choices. I am putting myself out there for anyone to see, so I cannot slack on my work ethic. Follow me on instagram for progress pics! Username: IABTTLT.
  4. Apple Watch – Finally, this is wearable technology that I will be using to track all of my activities in real time.
