Who am I?!

Hi, my name is Joshua Coulter and I work as a manager in the facilities department for a prominent media company. I have great hours 630 am – 3 pm with a staff that is nothing but a pleasure to work with. To back track a bit I am a former collegiate basketball player so being shape, eating right and health conscious decisions were second nature to me. Waking up at 6 am to run a 5 minute mile or hitting the weights before a 2 hour practice were my definition of a great day. Oh what a rude awakening corporate america was for me when I had to trade in those miles of running and lifting weights all day for expense reports and overtime in the office. Needless to say, the pounds started to add.

The roller coaster of gaining weight and losing weight for the next five years is what lead me to this point now. I’m over the ride and ready to change my lifestyle and transform myself self back into the man I once was . What makes me so different ? You guys are coming along with me in my transformation! I’m starting out 40 pounds overweight and looking to get my self back to my ideal weight and stay there. This way you can see the wins and missed opportunities if you feel inspired then join along!

Why the name ” I Am Better Than The Last Time”?

This has been my mantra since I was a kid. No matter that I did whether it was practice, home work, chores ( maybe not chores ) or any other task I did; I had to make sure that I did it better than the last time. I firmly believe this will translate to my transformation seamlessly. I will make sure that with a level of accountability that I can’t let myself down as well as those who chose to join along with me.

FULL DISCLAIMER – I am not a personal trainer, a life coach or a recruiter in any form. Who I am is a fully enthused person who enjoys helping the next person and fully believe in becoming a better than they were the last time. The last time what, you may ask? Anything! I want to make sure that no matter what you do in life or what you’re trying to carry out, your goal should always be to better than the last time you attempted it.

So here we go, let’s get started I’ll see you inside!
